The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional strength and longevity. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design effectively prevent binding, allowing for smooth and consistent power delivery. With a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this axle offers unparalleled robustness. Built to accommodate 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of various brands, this axle provides versatile compatibility. The dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts ensure maximum resistance to wear and tear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication. The inner cage, constructed from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fit and reliable performance.
