Description

The Demon heavy-duty axle features a wide articulation angle and dual plunge design, effectively preventing binding and maintaining smooth power delivery throughout the suspension travel. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, delivering enhanced resistance to breakage and deformation. The CV joints are also 10%-15% larger than standard joints, further increasing overall strength and durability. Precision CNC machining ensures exact tolerances and consistent performance. It's compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms, making it a versatile upgrade for modified vehicles. Encased in thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle provides exceptional protection against contaminants and wear, even in the harshest environments. The inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material for increased strength and reliability.
