Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design to prevent binding, ensuring smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, this axle is built to withstand the rigors of heavy use. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease provide exceptional protection and lubrication, while the 4340 chromoly inner cage enhances overall strength. Precision CNC machining ensures perfect fitment and reliable performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands, this heavy-duty axle delivers unmatched performance and reliability.
