Description

Experience enhanced performance and durability with the Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle. This axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding during extreme maneuvers. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile installation options. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and protected by thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle ensures long-lasting performance. The inner cage is made of 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for exacting tolerances. This heavy-duty axle delivers the reliability and strength you need for demanding applications.
