Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle offers significantly enhanced strength and articulation. Featuring wider articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than regular joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, these shafts provide exceptional resistance to breakage. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from wear and tear. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring precise fitment and optimal performance. This complete axle assembly offers a direct fit replacement for your worn or damaged OEM axle.
