Description

The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to handle the increased demands of lifted vehicles and aggressive riding styles. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, while the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional strength and longevity. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and featuring thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle is built to last. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for optimal performance and reliability. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands.
