The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design that prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles, thanks to its dual plunge design. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands, offering versatile integration options. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, the axle exhibits a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional durability. Furthermore, the CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, enhancing overall strength and longevity. TPEE boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the inner components, while the precision CNC-machined 4340 chromoly inner cage ensures precise fitment and performance. Installation is straightforward, allowing you to quickly upgrade your machine's drivetrain for enhanced off-road capabilities.
