Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation through the most demanding terrain. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this complete axle delivers unmatched strength and longevity. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, it provides exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection and lubrication. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and optimal performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this axle provides versatile application options.
