The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is built to handle the increased stress of lifted vehicles and extreme terrains. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle eliminates binding, providing smooth power transfer. Its robust construction includes dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, offering a 15% - 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles. The CV joints are 10% - 15% larger than standard joints for enhanced durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against the elements. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further enhances the axle's strength and precision. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms, this axle delivers unmatched performance and peace of mind.
