The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is engineered to withstand the rigors of aggressive riding and modified vehicles. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle eliminates binding, ensuring smooth power delivery. It's compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from select brands, providing versatile fitment options. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size, significantly enhancing durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer exceptional protection against the elements, while the inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise performance and longevity.
