Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge mechanism to eliminate binding, even under severe stress. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle offers exceptional durability. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to provide superior protection and longevity. The inner cage is made from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for unparalleled accuracy and strength. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from specific brands. Compared to regular joints, experience a 10% - 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% - 20% increase in diameter over OEM axles, ensuring maximum power transfer and minimizing the risk of failure.
