Description

The Demon heavy-duty axle features a dual plunge design and wide articulation angles to prevent binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or A-arms from select brands. Constructed with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle offers exceptional durability. The CV joints are 10%–15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%–20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly enhanced strength. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots protect the axle from the elements and are packed with high-load molybdenum grease for optimal lubrication and longevity. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring precise fitment and reliable performance. This complete heavy-duty axle from Demon guarantees exceptional performance and reliability for your off-road machine.
