Description

The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle boasts enhanced durability and performance compared to OEM axles. Featuring a dual plunge design that prevents binding at wide articulation angles, this axle accommodates 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% over OEM specifications. Manufactured from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, the shafts offer exceptional resistance to twisting and breaking. TPEE boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from wear and contamination. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, ensures precise fitment and smooth operation. Installation is straightforward, providing a direct replacement for your factory axle.
