Description

This heavy-duty axle features wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation through the roughest terrain. With a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle offers enhanced strength and longevity. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and inner cage crafted from 4340 chromoly material provide exceptional resistance to wear and tear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the CV joints from the elements and ensure consistent performance. Precision CNC machining guarantees exact fitment and reliable operation. This axle is also compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, offering versatility for customized setups.
