Description

The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to provide exceptional performance and longevity. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding and ensures smooth power transfer through the suspension travel. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, significantly enhancing its strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and protected by thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle offers unmatched durability and resistance to wear. The inner cage, made from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, further contributes to the axle's robust design and precise fitment. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this heavy-duty axle will stand up to the roughest conditions.
