Description
The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of standard axles. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, even under extreme stress. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this heavy-duty axle provides unmatched strength. Manufactured with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease, this axle offers exceptional longevity and performance. The inner cage, constructed from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees a precise fit and reliable operation. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatile installation options.
