Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle offers a significant upgrade over OEM axles, boasting a 15%-20% increase in diameter for added strength and durability. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth operation even with significant suspension travel. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, further enhancing their ability to handle increased loads. Built with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal fit and performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide excellent protection against the elements and ensure long-lasting lubrication.
