Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to handle the increased demands of lifted vehicles and high-performance applications. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding and ensures smooth power delivery even at extreme angles. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle offers exceptional durability. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide superior protection and lubrication. Precision CNC machining ensures precise fitment and optimal performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands.
