The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, providing a significant increase in diameter (15%-20%) compared to OEM axles. This robust design is coupled with a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, ensuring optimal power transfer and longevity. The wide articulation angles and dual plunge design eliminate binding, even with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and aftermarket A-arms. TPEE boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection against wear and contamination. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for ultimate precision and strength.
