Description

The Demon heavy-duty axle is designed to handle the increased stress of modified UTVs, particularly those with bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design eliminate binding, allowing for maximum suspension travel and consistent performance. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size, this axle delivers unmatched strength. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts provide exceptional resistance to twisting and breaking. TPEE boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against the elements. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and smooth operation. Installation is straightforward, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts and professionals alike.
