Description
The Demon heavy-duty axle features a dual plunge design and wide articulation angles to prevent binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, the axle boasts a 15-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, providing exceptional durability. The CV joints are also enhanced, with a 10-15% increase in size for added strength. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material for precise fitment and reliable performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease ensure smooth operation and extended service life, even under harsh conditions. This complete axle is designed for easy installation and is a direct replacement for your stock axle.
