Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, offering increased durability and wider compatibility with aftermarket lift kits. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design eliminate binding, even when using 2", 3", 4", or 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specific A-arm kits. Featuring CV joints that are 10% to 15% larger than standard joints and shafts with a 15% to 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this complete axle ensures maximum strength. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel and precision CNC machined, it delivers unmatched reliability. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide excellent protection and longevity, while the 4340 chromoly inner cage further enhances overall strength.
