Its enhanced CV joint size (10%-15% larger than regular joints) and increased diameter (15%-20% larger than OEM axles) deliver unmatched strength and longevity. Manufactured with dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal fit and performance. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure excellent sealing and lubrication, extending the axle's lifespan. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and select A-arms, making it a versatile choice for customized builds.
