Description

The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, offering increased durability and wider compatibility. Featuring a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding during extreme articulation angles, allowing for smooth and consistent power delivery. The heavy-duty construction includes shafts crafted from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease. The inner cage is made from 4340 chromoly material, precision CNC machined for precise fitment. With a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle provides enhanced strength. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, making it a versatile upgrade for your machine. Installation is straightforward, allowing you to quickly upgrade your UTV or ATV.
