Description
The Demon Complete Heavy-Duty Axle is engineered to withstand the rigors of off-road adventures. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design prevent binding, allowing for smooth and consistent power delivery. This axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, offering versatile installation options. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this heavy-duty axle provides unmatched durability and performance. The precision CNC machined components and dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts ensure maximum strength and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection and lubrication.
