The Cometic Stator Cover Gasket provides a superior seal and saves you valuable service time. Crafted with advanced materials and precision engineering, this gasket ensures a reliable and leak-free performance for your motorcycle's stator cover.
Description
Cometic Stator Cover Gaskets are engineered using AFM (Aluminum Foam Material), a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. For magneto covers, EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) material is used instead of fiber. The AFM material's non-stick properties drastically reduce service time by eliminating the need for scraping old gasket material from the engine case. Designed for optimal performance, these gaskets require no additional sealants or silicone beads, and re-torquing is not necessary. The aluminum core provides exceptional strength, preventing weeping or crawling, even in modern engine cases with limited sealing surfaces. AFM's high temperature resistance (over 250°F or 121°C) and 85% recovery rate ensures reliable torque retention. Proudly made in the USA.
