Description
Crafted from high-quality 1" OD x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, this Biltwell handlebar provides exceptional strength and durability. CNC-machined slots facilitate clean and easy internal cable routing, eliminating clutter and enhancing the overall appearance of your motorcycle. The bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender to minimize flat spots, preserving the handlebar's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints ensure robust and reliable connections. The internal tube tapering on the right side is specifically designed to accommodate throttle-by-wire modules, making this handlebar a perfect choice for modern bikes.
