The Biltwell 1" T-Bar is constructed from high-quality 1" OD x .120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, providing exceptional durability and resistance to bending or breakage. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender to minimize flat spots, maintaining consistent tubing diameter and structural integrity. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints ensure clean, strong connections for long-lasting performance. Notched for Throttle-By-Wire systems, this T-Bar offers modern compatibility without sacrificing classic aesthetics. With a 10" rise and 2-3/4" pullback, it provides a comfortable yet assertive riding posture.
