The Biltwell 1" T-Bar handlebar is constructed from high-quality 1" OD x .120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to bending. The bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, minimizing flat spots and maintaining a consistent diameter throughout. All welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded, providing clean, strong, and reliable connections. Featuring a chrome finish and a pullback design, this T-bar not only enhances your bike's aesthetics but also offers a comfortable riding position.
