The Biltwell 1" T-Bar is constructed from 1" OD x .120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional strength and resilience. All bends are meticulously created using internal mandrels on a CNC bender to minimize flat spots, maintaining a smooth and consistent profile. The welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded, guaranteeing structural integrity and a clean, professional finish. The gloss black electroplate finish provides a durable and stylish appearance. With an 8" rise and a 30" width, this T-Bar offers a comfortable and commanding riding position.
