The Biltwell 1" T-Bar Handlebar is constructed from 1" OD x .120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, providing exceptional durability and resistance to bending or breaking. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, eliminating flat spots and ensuring smooth, consistent curves. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints guarantee maximum strength and a clean, professional finish.
