Description

The Biltwell 1" Handlebar features a reinforced nylon plug that allows for easy adaptation between cable throttles and TBW systems. Constructed from thick-walled 0.120" 4130 chromoly steel, this handlebar offers exceptional strength and longevity. The precision mandrel-bent tubing ensures accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics. Milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area facilitate clean internal wire routing, giving your motorcycle a professional, uncluttered look. The notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accommodate Harley-Davidson's Throttle-By-Wire control module. Precision mitered and TIG-welded tube joints further enhance the handlebar's structural integrity and visual appeal. Finished in a brilliant chrome, these handlebars are 1" in diameter and have a 4-1/2" rise, a 2-3/4" pullback, and a 30" width. The clamping and controls diameter are both 1".
