Description

Crafted from seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly, the Biltwell 1" Handlebar ensures exceptional durability and strength. Precision mandrel-bent tubing guarantees accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics. This handlebar features milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area, facilitating clean internal wire routing for a streamlined look. The notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accept the Harley Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control module, offering seamless integration. Precision mitered and TIG welded tube joints provide superior strength and a clean finish. The included injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the bar end on the throttle side allows the handlebar to work with select stock and aftermarket single- and dual-cable throttles. Simply remove the plug for Throttle-By-Wire compatibility.
