Crafted from seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly, the Biltwell handlebar offers exceptional durability and strength. Precision mandrel-bent tubing ensures accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics, reducing rider fatigue. The handlebar features milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area for clean internal wire routing, providing a tidy and professional look. A notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accept Harley-Davidson Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control modules. Additionally, an injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the bar end on the throttle side allows compatibility with select stock and aftermarket single- and dual-cable throttles. Simply remove the plug for TBW compatibility. The precision mitered and TIG welded tube joints ensure a robust and reliable construction. Finished in chrome, this 1" handlebar delivers a sleek, custom look and superior corrosion resistance.
