Description

The Biltwell 1" Handlebar is expertly crafted from seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability. Precision mandrel-bent tubing provides accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics. Milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area facilitate clean internal wire routing, keeping your controls organized and streamlined. The notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accept Harley-Davidson Throttle-By-Wire control modules. The bar includes an injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug on the throttle side, allowing compatibility with both stock and aftermarket single- and dual-cable throttles. Simply remove the plug for TBW applications. Featuring precision mitered and TIG welded tube joints, this handlebar guarantees superior strength and a seamless finish. The chrome finish adds a sleek, custom look to any motorcycle.
