The Biltwell Chumps Handlebar is constructed from 1" OD x .120" (3 mm) wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring superior strength and durability. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, minimizing flat spots and maintaining consistent geometry. The welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded for maximum strength and a clean, professional finish. Ideal for aftermarket and custom motorcycle builds, this handlebar enhances your riding experience with improved ergonomics and a custom look. The 25.4 mm (1") diameter ensures compatibility with most standard controls and risers. Its dimensions provide a comfortable and aggressive riding posture, with a width of 77.5 cm (30-1/2"), a rise of 20.5 cm (8"), and a pullback/sweep of 16.5 cm (6-1/2").
