The Biltwell 1" Chrome Handlebar is constructed from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The 0.120" (3 mm) wall thickness provides a robust feel and reliable performance. All bends are meticulously crafted using internal mandrels on a CNC bender to minimize flat spots and maintain consistent diameter throughout. The welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded, offering superior strength and a clean, professional finish. Featuring a chrome finish, 78.5 cm (31") width, and 11 cm (4-1/4") end rise, this handlebar is designed for both style and functionality.
