Description
The Biltwell 1" Handlebar is constructed from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to wear. The .120" (3 mm) wall thickness provides added strength without compromising weight. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, which minimizes flat spots and maintains consistent tube diameter throughout the bends. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints guarantee structural integrity and a clean, professional appearance. Designed for aftermarket and custom applications, this chrome handlebar enhances both the look and feel of your motorcycle. Measuring 28-1/2" wide with a 6-1/2" center width, 5" height, 2" end rise and 2-1/4" pullback/sweep, the Biltwell Keystones handlebar delivers both comfort and control.
