The Biltwell 1" Handlebar features a robust, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) 4130 chromoly construction, ensuring durability and reliability. Precision mandrel-bent tubing provides exceptional alignment and comfortable ergonomics. Milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area facilitate clean internal wire routing, offering a professional look. The notched and internally tapered right-side bar end is specifically designed to accept the Harley Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control module, ensuring seamless integration. Furthermore, an injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the bar end allows compatibility with both cable throttles and TBW systems by simply removing the plug.
