The Athena 490cc Big Bore Cylinder Kit is engineered for maximum performance and durability. The aluminum cylinder features a nickel-carbide coating for superior wear resistance and optimized heat dissipation, thanks to its larger water jackets. The kit includes specially designed, high-performance, hard anodized power valves, ensuring optimal flow and power delivery. The forged piston, coated with molybdenum, offers exceptional strength and reduced friction, contributing to increased engine longevity. Installation requires removal of the OEM power valves.
