Upgrade your '99-'06 Twin Cam (except '06 Dyna Glide) engine with the Andrews Conversion Chain Driven Cam. This kit allows you to convert to the newer roller-style cam chains and replace the spring tension cam chain adjusters with the more reliable, later-style hydraulic adjusters, significantly extending their lifespan. Experience performance similar to earlier bikes with the same cam grinds.
Description
The Andrews Conversion Chain Driven Cam enables '99-'06 Twin Cam engines (excluding '06 Dyna Glide) to utilize the benefits of newer cam technology. By converting to roller-style cam chains and hydraulic adjusters, you'll achieve improved durability and reduced wear compared to the original spring tension system. Note that '99-'06 Twin Cam motors (except '06 Dyna Glide) cannot directly use '07-'17 cams because the bearing journal diameters differ (.875" vs. 1.000"). The "N" series cams solve this by retaining the .875" journal while accepting the new-style cam support plate. Enhance your engine's reliability and performance with this high-quality, American-made conversion kit. Remember to check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance during installation. For '99-'01 models, an Andrews rear cam sprocket is required; '02-'06 models require the stock rear cam sprocket, OEM #25728-06.

Important to know
This kit requires the installation of a '07-'17 cam plate, oil pump, cam sprockets and chains, and both hydraulic chain adjusters. These parts are not included and must be purchased separately. A list of required components is supplied with each set of cams. '99-'01 model motors require Andrews rear cam sprocket. '02-'06 models must use the stock rear cam sprocket, OEM #25728-06. The installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance and valve-to-piston clearance.
