Installation requires careful attention to detail. The installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance to ensure proper operation. For '00-'06 models, the cams use a splined cam drive sprocket; for '99 models, a splined cam drive sprocket is also required. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
