These Vertex exhaust valves are crafted from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy, ensuring exceptional strength and heat resistance. Forged from a single blank, the improved grain flow enhances the mechanical characteristics of the valve, eliminating the need for welding and maximizing structural integrity. The special PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings provide ultra-smooth, low-friction surfaces that minimize heat generation and resist carbon build-up. These advanced coatings allow titanium alloys to achieve hardness levels five times greater than high-speed steel, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and longevity.
