This kit enhances valve timing accuracy by eliminating timing chain lash, a common issue with stock chain drives. The innovative design reverses the rear cam's rotation, creating additional operating clearance between cam lobes for higher cam lifts. Crafted with precision and manufactured in the USA, this camshaft kit ensures optimal performance and durability for your Harley-Davidson. Note that installation requires material removal from the inner surface of the stock gear cover and the use of professional-level tools, including a hydraulic press.

Vigtigt at vide

Installation requires material to be removed from the inner surface of the stock gear cover. A hydraulic press and other professional-level tools are required for installation. S&S recommends the use of adjustable pushrods and covers. Cam bearings and gaskets must be replaced during installation. Due to the gear drive design, increased valve train noise may be experienced. The installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance. Adjustable pushrod/cover kit is not included.
