The outer tube is crafted from 7010-T73 aluminum, providing extreme resistance to mechanical damage and featuring an anodized finish to prevent corrosion. The inner tube, made from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, is hard anodized to resist wear from the twist grip and controls, ensuring long-lasting performance. Rubber seals effectively keep water and cleaning fluids out, maintaining the handlebar's integrity. Laser markings in the middle of the bar facilitate accurate positioning.
