Beskrivelse
Renthal's Twinring™ sprocket features a unique two-piece design. The inner ring is manufactured from Renthal's proven Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, ensuring minimal weight and maximum strength. The outer ring is constructed from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing exceptional wear resistance and extending the sprocket's lifespan. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner core at 200°C, creating an incredibly strong and permanent bond. This innovative design results in a sprocket that lasts up to three times longer than a standard aluminum sprocket while remaining significantly lighter than a comparable steel sprocket. Self-cleaning mud grooves prevent dirt buildup, minimizing chain wear and further reducing weight. Flat socket head screws provide additional strength, especially during side impacts, and prevent interference with the chain guide.
