The Renthal Twinring™ rear sprocket provides the ultimate combination of light weight and exceptional durability. Engineered for demanding riders and racers, this sprocket offers superior performance and longevity compared to traditional aluminum or steel sprockets.
Beskrivelse
The Twinring™ sprocket features a unique two-piece design. The inner ring is manufactured from Renthal's high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, minimizing weight and maximizing power transfer. The outer ring is constructed from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner ring at 200°C, creating a permanent and robust bond that withstands the rigors of off-road and on-road riding. Flat socket head screws further enhance the sprocket's strength, protecting it from side impacts and eliminating chain guide interference. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reducing chainwheel wear and maintaining optimal performance. This advanced design ensures the Renthal Twinring™ sprocket lasts up to three times longer than a standard aluminum sprocket while remaining significantly lighter than a full steel sprocket.
