Beskrivelse
Renthal's Twinring™ rear sprocket revolutionizes sprocket design. The inner ring is crafted from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, the same material used in Renthal's renowned standard sprockets, providing exceptional weight savings. The outer ring features electro-less nickel-coated steel, meticulously designed with minimal material to further reduce weight while maximizing durability. The outer ring is heat-expanded at 200°C and press-fitted over the inner ring. This creates an interference fit, which, combined with a wave pattern, ensures a permanent bond that lasts the life of the sprocket. Flat socket head screws add strength, preventing damage from side impacts and eliminating chain guide contact. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reduce chain wear, and minimize weight.
