Beskrivelse

The Renthal Twinring™ rear sprocket features a unique two-piece construction. The inner ring is crafted from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, the same material used in Renthal's renowned standard sprockets. This ensures minimal weight and optimal power transfer. The outer ring is made from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability and resistance to wear. Designed with a minimal amount of material, the outer ring keeps weight down while maximizing strength. The outer ring is thermally expanded at 200°C before being fitted over the inner ring. This creates an interference fit, and combined with a wave pattern, ensures a permanent bond that lasts the life of the sprocket. Flat socket head screws provide additional strength, especially during side impacts, and prevent contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build-up, reducing chainwheel wear and weight.
