The Renthal Twinring™ rear sprocket offers unparalleled durability and performance for serious riders. Combining the best of both worlds, it provides exceptional longevity without sacrificing weight.
Beskrivelse
The Renthal Twinring™ rear sprocket utilizes an innovative two-piece design. The inner ring is constructed from Renthal's high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, ensuring minimal weight and maximum power transfer. The outer ring is made from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability and resistance to wear. Designed with the minimum amount of material to keep weight down, the outer ring is expanded at 200°C and then fitted over the inner. This interference fit, combined with the wave pattern, ensures a permanent bond for the life of the sprocket. Flat socket head screws add further strength, especially during side impacts, and eliminate contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reducing chain wear and further minimizing weight. Expect three times the lifespan of a standard aluminum sprocket, with a weight significantly less than a comparable steel sprocket.
